The only thing I'd like to say on this topic - he changed his name the first time he had problems. I encouraged him back then to change it back and he agreed he'd take his lickings. Then he does it again and needs someone else to convince him? :eyeroll:

That is true - I didn't mention that I re-use, recycle, and just plain look around for boxes.

Never! I only ship slabs via the USPS 1092-1095 double boxed method. Only raw books get recycled boxes.

did anyone notice the feedback on the Marvel Preview #4 he sold - accused of shilling. if you look at the listing he says CGC 9.8 but the book is 9.4 etc.

What a complete dirt bag! It's bad enough that he has no scruples when conducting business but he continues to try to fly under the radar by apologizing for his "dirt bagginess" on the boards and by changing his user handle here and on eBay. Not only should he be added to the HOS but anyone who's been hosed by him on eBay should file complaints so his account is flagged/shut down.

It was in a 9.4 cgc holder, the 3 feedback neg buyer purchased this and it wasn't an auction yet he throws that accusation out?

that book was a BIN only, no bids were ever received. i'll be the first to take a neg feedback for shilling, but this was completely unwarranted.

 

also the 9.8 was an obvious misprint/typo... the title has 9.4 and the picture clearly shows 9.4. this was not a case of me pulling the wool over anyones eyes. in fact someone bought it now at that price then told me they made a mistake and i cancelled their bid.

Jimmy I sincerely appreciate you stating that you voted no. But it's not made, it is making. Every issue we have ever had with Drew/Symbiotic he has admitted to, apologized but then done nothing to rectify the problem. He is STILL shilling his auctions, as recently as yesterday. If he was sorry than why is he still doing these things? His apologies are worthless because he says them but then continues to take those actions. You say he refunded all lost money, but what of all the money he has made by shilling his auctions? Where has that gone to? I respect you Jimmy but I have to disagree with you. HoS is for the slim and scum and someone who has broken his word time and time again and hurt members of this community is definitely that.

But there is a big difference between a mistake, and a deliberate attempt at something like shilling. The only thing that is going to keep this hobby going forward, and keep these boards the place it is, is 100% being honest. There is no gray area to float around in here as far as I'm concerned. :foryou:
