The reason I said you needed a new PM was because of this post, the one you made before I posted again It didn't sound like you sent a new PM and I was reading both threads..

 

Did you send him a separate PM advising him that you were going to nominate him if he didn't fulfill what he promised? It seems like you were just advised to do that a little while ago and it cannot be 3 days yet.

 

yes sent him a PM... it's been over a week... and he already told me he returned to book to the person he bought it from so not much left... he can't obviously give me my book if he gave it away ?

 

The reason I said you were "new" was not to insult you, but because you have been here only a year and you don't have that many posts, so I figured you had not read the rules, which some people find difficult to find {esp. if they are rushing and are "relatively" new).

 

I guess being called "buddy" is preferable to being called "dude" lol...

 

Now you need to wait 3 days ..and count to 100 before calling people names...although I really liked Peter Falk in Columbo.

Of coure I did not hear anything anymore from Seerojas after I accepted his offer for a refund (on the AMS666 run), so I sent him a PM with a link to the discussion on this thread and I am proposing Seerojas for the PL or HOS or whatever.

your right and your wrong... yes I don't hang on here to chat much I have a busy life and thats shunned by some people on here but your wrong people won't take money money to sell or pay me to buy a book! I've never had a deal (buy or sell) on the boards that was bad... my kudos page is all positive... so yes I won't hang out much in the "cg" but I do buy and sell here and noones ever... ever ... rejected my offers or refused to do buisness with me. anyone who's done buisness with me knows I'm and honest, fair, buisness man... as for if you like me personally as a friend? well god didn't put us here to please everyone ? some people come here to buy sell trade, some to chat, some both! you shouldn't shun ppl one way or the other ... new money to the hobby is better for ALL OF US!

Wadub, guns blazing rarely works out for the gunslinger on here. Just some unsolicited advice.

Very understandable, when he read the kudos rules, he fell asleep over the paragraph that says we can ONLY leave positive Kudos;)

 

4comix, not to get you riled up again, but everyone has positive kudos, even people who seem to get in trouble like hustruck. The probation thread and here are where you will find less positive statements.

Here's my guess at the response. "I bought the book on eBay and put it up for sale immediately before I got the book. When the book arrived it was damaged in shipping and I had to return it to the seller. He was never out the money so I didn't do anything wrong."

 

HERES THE KICKER! the books BACK ON EBAY! no cracked case!!!!!!!!

 

This is 100% true ( http://www.ebay.com/itm/The-Incredible-Hulk-181-Nov-1974-Marvel-CGC-Graded-as-9-0-or-VF-NM-/301458952736?pt=US_Comic_Books&hash=item46305a9220 ) and it's listed by the same seller who Hustruck "bought" it from last time. And it's definitely not a "I regret i sold it for so low" type of deal because it "sold" to hustruck for 2177.68 and the seller has it listed at $1999.99 with no bids.

Doesn't matter. I think he's already rubbed most people the wrong way to the point where they won't do business with him anyways. And I wouldn't be too confident that he'd want to hang out in CG

now that I didn't know lol I thought you leave good or bad depending on how the deal went.... what's the point of ONLY POSSITIVE feedback??? seems like that defeats the purpose? no? the whole point of feedback is to get good and bad deals on to get a handle on what type of person that your dealing with... leaving ALL POSSITIVE feedback seems foolish

Let's give Hustruck the benefit of the doubt and assume that he paid that night. Seller advertised expedited free shipping so let's assume he overnights it on December 8th and it gets to Hustruck by December 9th. I believe I recall that was around the time he then started listing it on instagram. Regardless the book was shopped around starting then.

 

Saturday December 20th Book is listed here. Fun begins. At that time the case is not broken (btw that is not a cracked case, the top post is broken, CGC requires a regrade on that) because Hustruck would have mentioned that.

 

Between December 21 and yesterday Hustruck mailed the book back to the seller, the seller mailed it to CGC, had it REGRADED, it came back exactly the same, and was listed in eBay.

 

O and this time line requires us to accept that the book was mailed from Albany to Indiana to Sarasota, graded and then back to Indiana all in the span of 5 days. Maybe Santa rents out his slay for deliveries to Hustruck? OR when he's not busy curing cancer he invented a teleporter :idea:

1 post = reholder = same number (picture shows just a single post)

2 posts = regrade = new number

 

Simply guidelines and not requirements.

Spoke to Bree, if the case is broken in such a way that the book can come out (and in that picture it would be SUPER easy to remove the book) it has to be regraded. If it's regraded it has to get a new cert.
