You sure on this...was under the impression

 

1 post = reholder = same number (picture shows just a single post)

2 posts = regrade = new number

 

Simply guidelines and not requirements.

 

Spoke to Bree, if the case is broken in such a way that the book can come out (and in that picture it would be SUPER easy to remove the book) it has to be regraded. If it's regraded it has to get a new cert.

 

That is a given....but that book in the photo shown would not be super easy to get out.
