Take me off the list. I never had any board transaction infractions.

 

Apropos of nothing: That's kind of cool how that rhymed. It reminded me of those old SNL skits with Darrell Hammond as Jesse Jackson.

2-3 people from board deals a long time ago. Everyone got what they had been promised. So, why am I on it still?

 

Comicsupply, one method of getting yourself off of the probation list (especially if you no longer recall why you are on there) is to simply post a thread for all members who have registered complaints about your service here and to make right on those problems--either refund them or send them the goods requested. This probably won't be a comfortable experience, but 1. it's the right thing to do, and 2. it might help if you ever want to sell here. The boards have seen FAR too many people scamming others, so don't be surprised to find people coming down hard on you until things have been sorted out properly.

 

Just some friendly advice.

good point, although I doubt that the regular folk that I buy from would prohibit me from purchasing from them even if I am on the list. I'll just have to live with being on "the list" and hope people sell to me.

Why Divad, if its up to Divad he will never take him off and it's not up to divad. Divad has had something against russ fora long time.

And judging from the things which were said by CS & BD about Divad in previous thread, can you blame him? I would think he will want to contact those "2 fellows" who say everything is now hunky-dory and make sure. If so, then all things aside, he should re-instate.

 

Being a 3rd Hall of Shame Member may not be reversible though. hm

If you read in the probation thread with problems. The 2 members that posted both have been taken care of. They even say it in the thread.

 

I guess I will just continue to sell stuff and eventually they will take me off. It's in the thread, they say we are "fine" or "cool now"

Thanks Mac man. I have now suggested this twice and not gotten a response. Russ says there are only 2 fellows & they are okay with that, but a seperate thread to make sure all are compensated will clear this all up. (thumbs u

No, I can't blame him. But there are rules for it. I completed the deals. The word PROBATION I take to mean that at some point you can get off probation.

 

If he is in control of the list, and can pick and choose who is on it, then its a worthless list. It makes him in control of something that he shouldn't be in control of. If he has a grudge with me, then it becomes clear I will never get off it. So, should I what, just ignore it or?

I don't want this clown off the probation list until he settles up with everybody (including me of course).

 

In fact, I think that there should be an active thread asking everyone who has had problems with him and is owed money to come forward.

 

The people who put him on the probation list are just the tip of the iceberg.

 

In general, I've always found comic collectors to be more honest and better people than the average joe. On the other hand, this guy is one of the most incompetent and corrupt people I've had the displeasure to do business with.

 

People, especially new people to the hobby, should be warned about him and protected from him, if at all possible.

 

It should be a goal of the community to put him out of business.
