Man you really hit up a lot of venues!

I don’t sleep. I’m still periodically  going over to my neighbors house which is practically a store lol He has south of 200 untouched boxes of comics. Can’t wait until I’m done going through them all. A phase has become a lifetime

From today's large, crowded Estate Sale, where an older gentleman passed out just as they were opening the sale, and recovered in a couple of minutes and went on in.

From a yard sale this morning.  1000 comics, 950 of which were modern junk but picked up a few high grade ASM's and an S-M on the cheap.

Did you by any chance go to the Rose City antique show at the Expo show last weekend? At one time, one of the best antique shows in the country. And no, not just boring grandma’s junk.

My wife and I used to fly in for a few days for the July show every year. We always paid the extra for Friday set up. I mostly found a lot of toys and advertising stuff but always found people with GA/SA comics at “each” prices.

Missed the year before Covid and haven’t been since. We would fly in very early Thursday morning, rent a cheap car and hit all the antique areas in the area. Some where, I have some pictures of my finds. It used to be 3 times a year March, July and Sept I think. Sure miss that one.

I visited a local guy that buys collections and sells at cons and got in his list for when he has new stuff.  He has a booth that he rents space at at an antique mall from someone else.  He recently bought an awesome 60 some odd long box collection of mostly modern books.  I’ll post some of the highlights I picked up at what I think were steals.  This last week these were the best considering the price I paid.  In addition to these he’s been saving the Spawns from the collection to look through since I’m a good buyer.  These were 25% off the price shown.

The below were not 25% off.
