Dang, I don't know if my recipient has got his yet

... I really got something!

 

When I got home today I found this waiting for me!

 

I wasn't sure if I was supposed to open it (meaning- if it was gift wrapped inside) so I opened a small corner and had my daughter (she's 8) peek in.

 

She said all she saw were 'peanuts' so I told her to look a little further... she said she didn't see any wrapping paper so we taped the box back up where it will stay under the tree until Christmas.

 

The return address says: Cheetah

 

So thank you very, very much Mr. or Ms. Cheetah...

 

And as for the picture, I intentionally left out my address because it would've exposed everything to my secret Santa boardee!

 

So, with that... Happy Holidays and thank you Cheetah from Florence, KY.

 

(I love that part of Kentucky, btw... just south of Cincinnati. In 2005-2006, I used to go there twice a week for work stuff!)

I am such an insufficiently_thoughtful_person, I did not holiday wrap my gift or even enclose a note with it. Dude is gonna open the box wondering what is inside and be like, "Did I buy these online?" not even realizing it was from his secret santa.

The status of my shipment hasn't change in 9 days...as still in Canada.

 

I received mine in a state that is both tempting and taunting but it is still sitting, further unmolested, on my desk since it arrived in early December.

When I saw it, I was worried .....

 

 

 

I peeled back part of the corner and saw ......... WRAPPING PAPER !!

So I opened it and found it was completely UNDAMAGED !!

Theres a little card sending Christmas wishes and telling me who its from, but I'm not telling till I open it up

I will say, it came from a really really long ways away !!

 

 

 

Now it sits under our tree, waiting for the grand morning.

Got a box in the mail yesterday! I opened the box and found two wrapped gifts inside! i wanted to proceed further but my wife reminded me that I had to wait till Xmas day to open it so the package now sits under out tree. Thank you Secret Santa!
