unless you work for the tv show or are bugging Kirkman's office you have no clue when Negan will show up.

 

That is correct, as I have said many times though, the show has pretty closely followed the comic book in terms of major events and locations. Kirkman has stated that he thinks about the show and how things will translate when he is writing the comic book.

Comichron reports what's SOLD through Diamond US.

Not what's printed.

I'm not "invested" at all and I don't know where you got that info. from.

 

I have often heard that Marvel and DC won't touch a print run for anything less than 1k.

And again, I ask, do you have a link for this "reporting"?

I'm not sure if this is because Washington isn't the creator's actual last name or because you don't have any faith in the second issue being released.

But, I chat with publishers on a daily basis.

Let's say book "X" regular cover has a case count of 240 pieces.

You honestly believe a major publisher will produce less than 2,400 pieces of a version of that cover?
