Let me check it out. What I look for is something close to the Convention center and a place where it's quiet enough for us to mingle or else we have to deal with parking and weather. I'm open to any suggestions, so let me check it out.

The place sounds good, but seventeen miles is a ways for some folks to drive - especially for those who are staying downtown and want to have a few drinks.

Yea I was not taking into consideration the driving distance

 

There is a cool place down by the stadium, again not familiar if this is close to the convention center, its called 'Salute'

Walking distance would be a real plus, keeps it simple and quick to get there.

Looks like I'm coming up for the day on Saturday, although I won't be able to make the dinner, since I need to leave at 6:30 to make the last flight back to the Bay Area. Borock is going to be at the show, as is Golddust40. Not sure what their plans are for dinner.

/\ Great! With the exception of the Sat. crowds you will have a blast. I think ECC has out grown it's location and is why I don't do Saturdays anymore.
