GA Actions went for big bucks.

#19 4.0 $3200

#25 5.5 $1411

#27 7.0 $2150

#34 6.5 $825

#63 4.0 $626

$100 9.4 $6000

#100 9.0 $1877

I was the underbidder of the #63. That is an amazing price for that book.

I actually feel that I got away cheap on the Action 34. I had spent $1100 on the Action 36 in a 6.5 w/ OW to W pages off of Comiclink back in November. The only reason I figure I paid that much was due to the fewer number of unrestored copies that have been graded and that the 6.5 was one of higher grades in the census.

I have liked this cover for a while as it depicts a flying Superman saving the damn from the dastardly villains of the month. The cover told a story and with "white" pages and Fred Ray's depiction of the the big blue boy scout...

I needed it.

I think #36 is the only one i'm missing from #22 to #38

Next one... I thought of getting the 8.5 but couldn't pull the trigger due to the date stamp. Some things are deal killers. That is with all due respect to people that enjoy that bit of the comics legacy. I saw that thread and appreciate your viewpoint but it is not for me. And with that... This will also be coming my way.

I really was not satisfied with the ASM 12's in 3.0 and 4.5 I received today. I have always loved the Ditko Doc Ock covers. I believe that Ditko would have loved to see Doc Ock be the most formidable of Spidey's foes. Incredible covers... just look at issue 3, 11 and 12...

Very nice score on the 9.0. I wish I had paid more attention to that book to upgrade my 7.0. At under $500 for an early Goblin appearance that is a steal in comparison for what the 9.2 sold for.

Congratulations

Y

Weak prices on the other hand for the Avengers 4s in 9.4 and 9.6 however. The 9.6 went for 40% below GPA.

There were 9 copies of Avengers 4 in this auction.... :o

Yep. I was triying to win 1, but someone really wanted the 7.0 more than I did.

A#4's

9.6 $36k

9.4 $18,138

8.5 $3250

8.0 $1888

7.5 $1988

7.0 $2300 I lost at this one. 3rd underbidder.

6.6 $919
