Does anyone know if there is any kind of "standard" from when books are marked as received after delivered for Fast Track Modern and/or Standard?

I just called, and customer service said that they are currently shipping prescreens from the week of 1/11. I was told that any subs later than that that ship should just be chalked up to good luck for moving more quickly.

Seeing as my 1/12 has been SFG for over a month with no movement, and definitely not close to shipping, sounds like they made that up. 😥

So what is the estimated tat for value fast track?

I tried calling to ask, it didnt really clear it up

They said it may by the skin of my teeth get bakc before 3 weeks from now when it was only received 4/05, but still tat used to be 31 days, which was plenty quick for me but now

I still have a Modern FT book received on 3/10/21 that is still SFG. I called 2 weeks ago and was told that it was graded, but encapsulating was backed up. C'mon.

No clue, but pretty curious too because I submitted a Value sub and TAT made me opt for fast track, first time ever. 

Unfortunately, it was delivered like 3/30 and still not checked in.

So far, not great. 

10 books FT Pressing & Grading (with FT written on all sides), delivered last week on 4/26, still not "Received". So while their new tracking tool confirms they've received it, it seems writing FT on the box has had no impact on expediting the "Received" status. 

Also 4 Modern & 4 Value Slow Track dropped off directly to their lobby and straight to SFG on 4/7, have not advanced beyond SFG for 4 weeks. But the 1 Slow Track Standard dropped of on the same day was shipped back to me on 4/22.  

Thank goodness for bourbon . . .
