NYCC seems a bit slow this year in terms of announcing guests.

Was thinking about it, Clyde Fraziers is nice, one block down from convention center. It doesn't hurt that it has an indoor basketball court.

He is on there, maybe under guests but he is on there.

Jim Lee is not coming to NYCC via a twitter feed a few weeks back. Capullo said the same thing last year and ended up showing up at the con last minute on Saturday. Whether he will or won't really won't be relevant until the weekend of the convention.

 

Best bet is to contact comic art dealers who are attending the con. They tend to have a ton of tables being manned by many artists. Also, usually the week of the con, comic publishers have a list of who is showing up at their booth and those names are sometimes not on the nycomiccon.com website.

Although NYCC has stated tickets won't be mailed until after Sept. 6, I believe tickets being shipped via UPS, (as opposed to the normal USPS), will begin any day now.
