I picked it up but have yet to read it, sounds good!

Didn't like it. The last page was sort of interesting, but not enough so to make me want to pick up issue 2. The art and story were both pretty lackluster.

question: Do the comics come in 9.6/9.8 condition? I have to spend a lot of time going through my IMAGE titles at three different LCS to get copies that I grade in this range. If I pre-ordered my comics what's the likelyhood they would be graded 9.8 if I decided to submit them to CGC?

Very good read.. love the story line.. At least it vers towards post apocolyptic-futuristic, and mad maxx like. Enjoyed the storyline off to issue # 2..

Stopped by LCS #2 today, and saw 3 Black Acres #1s, a hand full of #2s & #1 2nd prints.

 

So I picked up 2 copies of the #1 1st prints & #2s, and approached the counter to check out; he took out 1 copy each and stated "Sorry...only 1 copy per customer on all Image titles..." Doggonit!

 

Seems he's knowledgeable about certain Image titles rising in value now...at least he charged me cover price, which is appreciated... (thumbs u
