yep.  His run from 141-173 is his finest work.  I kick myself for not buying the book as a kid.  I wasnt paying attention to the artist I just knew some books looked a lot better than others.   I always bought superman, action, or jimmy olsen so I got a lot of wayne boring and stan kaye.  ugh.  By the time I bought this issue off a classmate his run was over so that was the only one I had.

That's my only ASM dbl.  I'll have to dig for the others.  Coolest dbl I have owned was a Tales From The Crypt 33, but I moved that in a trade a while back.
