(I've been a NYC subway rider since I was four, so you could figure I'm a fan of this cover.) The eerie coloring here is fantastic. A few years back I took my son to the New York Transit Museum, which features some 1940s/1950s train cars in an actual old underground Brooklyn train station, and the original lighting (the cars were lit with bare bulbs, not fluorescents) really does kind of have this feel to it.
