Tell ya what guys, I've made a list (not complete by ANY means) but it may help you start a checklist of your own. The values (if there) are from maybe 1-2 years ago and the notes are also from Overstreet.

 

I don't have a scanner so I can't help you out with any on my 30-35 Cole covers, but I've got this! laugh.gif

 

If any of you out there have any VG area Cole books, that's my bread an butter so just lemme know by sending an E or a PM!

Thanks, Jon! How ya been?. I pop in every now and then. It's been pretty busy at work and I don't go on-line at home much, if at all.

 

It's nice to talk about LB Cole covers. Usually I just collect them on my own. I'm kind of happy that I actually have a few that seem to be sought after. I know it's VERY low-grade, but I got a copy of MASK #2 that's missing a piece out of the front and the centerfold for $25 a few months ago. Thank you ebay!!! 893applaud-thumb.gif

 

I'm always looking for cheap romance covers too. Depending on my mood, those are my favorites! They never fail to make me laugh too.

 

I'd REALLY like a Mask #1 and Startling terror Tales #11. I've got the other Mask book and nearly a whole run of those STT books. Eventually I'll get to those Blue Bolts...

 

Maybe tonight I'll take some pics of some of my covers and post them tomorrow!.

Orange County Disease? I left there more than 10 years ago.

 

Actually Power 2 "popped" out as I was paging down to see if anyone had posted new scans. I didn't check any of the other numbers as that would require *work*.

Thanks. Actually, that's why it has a ? after it. They aren't ALL LB Cole covers, some are labeled with interior art too. I'll have to check the Overstreet, but I may have either put in on the list as a guess to check or it's labeled and the guide doesn't know either.

Working on some more additions to the cover gallery thread and I noticed that not all of the Startling Terror Tales are listed - I believe Cole did all the covers (10-14 1st series, 4-11 second series)? 893scratchchin-thumb.gif

Those crazy romance covers are eerily similar, yet quite different, to the DC BA romance covers - both a bit psychadelic with the use of bright, pastel colors, but illustrating contemporary fashions and themes. Cool stuff!
