There were also two paperback Avon Fantasy Readers in the 60's, but they only reprint material that was in the earlier run.  I may still track them down on general principles, they have some nice Gray Morrow covers.

To be fair, some of these copies have moved on but I was cleaning out my phone pics yesterday and saved them because they look cool. I always try to take a group shot when I get a new one in.
