Thanks for starting this thread and everyone's contributions--interesting reading.

One quibble: Re Layton Iron Man -- I presume that it means Romita Jr. pencils with Layton inks. Now, not that I want to look like I am knocking Romita/Layton Iron Man :) , but to my knowledge Romita/Layton Iron Man non-splash pages have not been selling in the $3k-$5k range--more like the lower category of $1k-$3k.

Is it possible that an "A+" panel page from the height of JR JR/Layton could reach over $3k (say from Iron Man #128 or Iron Man #150 with Dr. Doom)? Yes. But absent a special case, the "A" non-splash pages I have seen have generally been in the $1.5k-$2k range.

Let's add some more! Is anyone qualified to break out these guys: Crumb, Corben, Moebius/Giraud, Tardi, Clowes, Ware, Hergé.

Ditko & Wrightson Warren work can safely be added to the 5-10K range

I think Jaime Hernandez may have entered the 3-5K tier, though I'm a bit unsure on the A/A+ distinction with his work.

I'll comment on the Mike Zeck art since I know it pretty well -

Zeck Spidey Kraven Last Hunt - $5-10k

I'd probably add Zeck Punisher to this range as well, but admittedly there aren't many "A" Punisher pages floating out there. The 1st page to #4 has changed hands a few times in this realm which is technically a panel page and not a splash. I'd call that the best "A" panel page example out there.

Mike Zeck Captain America - $3-5k

I haven't seen any Cap panel pages sell in this range. I'd bump this down to the $1-3k range. "A" Secret Wars pages have been getting harder to find and have started selling in this range however. B/B+ examples are selling in the $1-3k range.

Clowes is hard because he has pretty much kept almost all the A+ pages , but gene really speaking Clowes story pages seem to be in the 3-5000 range. Ware 5000+ probably 10000 range for A+

Actually 'A' is what we're looking for, not A+, per the OP. I think this is wise because A+ can be a real wild card and not reflect accurately on the rest of the range, whereas 'A' page value can be somewhat extrapolated downward.

So would you say a Clowes A page is in 3-5 or 5-10? & Ware A pages 5-10?

Hey gang, sorry for the delay in updating. Loving the feedback guys! Keep it coming.

We seems to be getting near a semi-complete list of A-level interior panel pages that sell above $3k so as some have mentioned, perhaps we should start coming to a concensus on the multipliers/fractions of an A-level interior panel page that a B and C level page would achieve, as well as both splashes and......covers. As an interior panel guy I will be no help with these last two so I will rely on those that know way more about that segment of the hobby.

Is Miller Sin City really $10-$20K for panel pages? Mitch had some nice splashes that were at the lower end of that range; can't imagine that there are enough people buying up panel pages for that amount unless we're talking A+++.
