sacentaur
One you never see out there Striking cover! Frank Frollo did artwork for Chesler/Centaur in the 1930's. Harley had a nice one for sale back in January at Terry's CalComicCon, a boardie picked it up.

Dr. Love
Very nice run there, Jack! Good eye! Great books!! That True Life Secrets #24 is a real real tough one as well. But that #8 is rarer than rare. I've never owned one, much as I've wanted to. When one of our friends showed me that book in his Harley stash at the con (I think it was Yorba Linda?), and it was a sweet copy, my envy overwhelmed me instantly and I felt nauseous. That scene in Return of the King where Smeagol and Deagol are fighting over the ring? Nothing compared to what was going on in my head. 1950's war comics

rjpb
Walter Johnson was fairly crude and a notorious swipe artist, but there is something appealing about his style.
Dr. Love
I've always been a big Ed Goldfarb (pencils) & Bob Baer (inks) fan as well, in a number of genres. But there's no denying that Walter Johnson had an interesting style that was...well, Johnson-ish, I guess. 1950's war comics
Sqeggs
I don't know if I've ever seen anything quite like that Youthful Love Romances. But I definitely want one!
sacentaur
Johnson has a slight Feldstein quality to his work (though he's not nearly as compelling as Feldstein to my eyes).
