Anyway, my point was there is no current offer up, so I thought it would be fine to talk while we wait for it, precisely to understand better what’s the general rule, which – aside of value – is not entirely clear to me yet.

 

I wouldn't be too worried about finding the right book especially with your inventory of books. If you are worried you can post up various options that are all similar in value and I'm sure a board member will want one of them.

I just noticed this thread the other day and was intrigued since I've never been in the PIF thread before. So this thread is pretty much a comic exchange where people grab books from another member and then try to equal or surpass the books they just picked up. The rules are obviously in place to prevent past problems from reoccurring. The offerings must ebb and flow or else the price of the "gifts" will become so large only the wealthy board members could participate.

 

Of course my anxiety kicks up a couple notches when I think about all the other board members considering my "offerings" but that must be half the fun.

 

I stress every single time I post an offer. It is part of the fun though I have no idea why that is fun to me.

 

So the next time there is some cool original art, what do you guys think about this as a follow-up offer?

To this day it amazes me that so many brilliant men were in politics at one time. Option - 1 Amazing Spider-Man Omnibus. This is huge and never been opened. It pains me to let it go since I have not read it yet but it is yours if you want it.

 

 

Option -2 Marvel Comics Omnibus. This is almost 900 color pages of old school goodness.

 

 

Option-3 All goes together. Young Avengers Hardcover Vol 1, Runaways Hardcover Vol-1 and Runaways Hardcover Vol-2. All 3 are great reads if you have never had a chance to pick them up before. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed them.
