Third Eye is quite possibly the best comic book retailer in the world.

To expect delivery of an item 24 hours after it's release is unreasonable at best.

 

Calling the small business out in public is Unbalanced at best.

 

 

It's obvious that i wasn't expecting it at my door on the 25th from Maryland to Florida, thats common sense.... i was however expecting to have received updated info from USPS or whomever via email that i have a package being sent to me. The Fact that they had on their ad listed that the item would be shipped out the 25th and still nothing updated a day later. to me thats BS,

 

 

I just can't stand when a business plays with people's money, i'm giving them the benefit of the doubt, but at the same time when something is supposed to be shipped out on a specific date, then it should be...... Hell i just ordered some of those Rougue brand HellBoy beers and it was a preorder stated to be shipped the Feb 23... well what do you know i got the email that it was updated and shipped out that exact date... Just about every other preorder that i have done whether it was for comics,games,toys etc whenever they had a SPECIFIC DATE of being shipped they were normally 9 outta 10 times shipped that date.

Your the seller/comic dealer obvious you'll side with any online dealer...

You don't have to worry about that, i don't do auctions..... most of you selling CGC books try getting friends or make up phony usernames to jack up your mess in the first place. i don't have time for that nonsense.

he sent me an open action figure, his listing claimed it was brand new and unopened. which it wasn't when i received it, so i left him a bad feedback and contacted ebay about him. he felt he needed to do the same.

3 of us? Dude I can guarantee at least 100 people or more will block you after reading this. You have no idea how many people read these threads that don't even belong to CGC. You don't even understand what a poor representation you have given of yourself as a buyer. No one wants to deal with that.

Another update. It seems like Thirdeye comics want's to contact me via phone. why not quite sure. I told them that it wasn't necessary, and if i didn't see any updated shipping info by tomorrow afternoon I'd have to cancel the order and request a refund.

 

 

Has anyone else received any updated shipping info from thirdeye comics about their phantom variants they had presales on via ebay? these guys apparently can't live up to what their listing said about items will ship out the 25th....

We know that many of you are excited to receive these, so we wanted to update you on ship status for SPIDER-GWEN.

 

All items are accounted for and fulfilled.

 

We began packing and processing all items when the items were physically in hand Tuesday evening.

 

We have made our way through nearly all of the color Phantoms as of Thursday AM, finishing those off and are working on the Black and White Phantoms as we speak.

 

We have a dedicated team on this, and all packages should be in the mail by end of day today.

 

Your tracking # is attached to the purchase information, and should reflect movement within 24-48 hours of the items hitting the truck.

 

If you made separate transactions, those shipped separate from one another

It's pretty ridiculous that i would be blocked because i complained about way way they haven't shipped an item.... once again i realize all of you make a living on this, and im sure it frightens you all,that someone would complain about something they felt was not done correctly, but it is what it is. i don't work in or own a comic book shop, i simply collect because im into the hobby and i've been into it for along time

 

For the user that asked about a occurrence more then a year ago, now thats just petty mess.... what would it matter really? that the only negative feedback i've received, and it was from some weirdo that got pissed because i left him a negative feedback as well.

 

like i said all of you do what you want, it won't stop me from posting here nor will it stop me from buying items online.

I have yet to receive any shipping information for my order from Conquest Comics.

 

I've received the shipping information from MidTown, but Conquest is still pending. Orders were placed back in January for each.

 

Ive got an order from Conquest coming too. They will get there its a small operation and they are a little slower. Have a little patience.

 

Thx man. Yes. The orders will come. We got our book around noon yesterday as ups blows and didn't get them to us Tuesday, and had an Adam hughes signing at the shop. We are working and getting em out guys. We will be shipping every day until all orders are out....

 

No really, no extra variants need to be put in the package going to Southern Indiana no really.
