I don't know, you may be in luck slym. Midtown must think they are going to sell out, because they have an "encore" edition set to be released at the end of March.

Is "Encore" French for "2nd print"?

No, French for "2nd Print " is NYCC Enormous

Or EOW RRP or Saga RRP. Not really relevant though is it. :baiting:

Does anyone think that there's too many variants? Just my 2c

Heck yes.

There is, no doubt.

But people are buying them up (including me....), so we only have ourselves to blame.

:gossip: Stop buying them and they'll stop making them.

:gossip::gossip: I buy variants too.

:gossip::gossip::gossip: Just not Marvel variants. How many ASM #1 variants were there again? :insane:

When variants get 2nd prints, then yes, there are too many.

Don't look at Sex Criminals books then, They have a 2nd printing of the 4th printing. :applause:

That makes my head hurt thinking about.

so Hughes rules and all the other variants are not worth buying?

Yep.

So all you losers out there with your fancy phantoms and JSCs and other soon-to-be-dollar-bin-fodder variants, just go ahead and send all your non-AH variants over to me.... I'll step up and take one for the team and dispose of them properly.

I don't think we really know yet.

But then again, I have not paid attention to the Ebay results so far either.

For the JSC-drawn Midtown variants, prices are up now that they are out over the pre-Wednesday sales - but, prices are all over the place. I am seeing the color version go from $13 to $60, and the B&W "sketch" version selling for between $16 & $76!!!

Congrats to Midtown.

I like this better than the first.

The coloring tones down the busy composition.

second printings have been on fire lately...

We killed it with Star Wars.
