You guys are just addicted to these threads.

There is no way you can know the guide value for these issues in a particular grade at the drop of a hat.

Maybe some, but personally I know the prices of certain issues I am looking for, and I have bid on that behalf. I would have not bid on an X-Men #100, for example, since I have no idea of its current value. (thumbs u

Man that was very entertainment to watch :applause:

It required steady nerves. :makepoint:

This kind of threads are not good for my health

For sure!

I literally hit reload every 2 seconds from 9am to noon and still didn't win anything. But it was still pretty cool! Great books and congrats to the new owners!

It’s mostly a matter of chance as well as timing, timing alone is not enough.

I attended for less than an hour but I was enervated… :sorry:

PLEASE READ:

I have gotten several requests from winners to transfer the "Take It" to someone else, who may or may not know they are now responsible for buying it. It's creating a logistical nightmare and I will not honor any more of those requests.

If you won a book, I expect you to pay for it. If you want someone else to own it, you can sell it to them after you receive it. If you choose to not pay for a book you have won you will end up on the probation list. That is all. Thanks.
