Hepcat
Those early Fly books are great. I love the whole run - #1-31!
Stevenrams
Highest-graded copy. Actions from this era are tough to find!

Stevenrams
I know! That long diaganol crease is really an eyesore, but otherwise the book is nice and glossy with OW/W pages. And it's so hard to find a decent looking of this hard-to-find book. Edited August 15, 2011 by Stevenrams
john72tex
Believe me I know how hard it is to find a decent copy. The first one I bought had a coupon cut out so I returned it. The second one I had graded but it came back CGC 7.5 Restored with the top edge trimmed. My last copy is a CGC 6.5 blue label. I guess I'm content for now. Despite the technical flaws, both those covers are super cool! (thumbs u
Stevenrams
Thanks for the comment. Considering you have such a massive collection of high-grade DC Silver books, that cooment means a lot. That's not to say that if someome had a plethora of low -grade DC books the comment wouldn't mean as much; well, you know what I mean. Thanks again! frozentundraguy
Speaking of low grade books. This cover literally "rocks". This book has a terrific 3-D effect, but mainly for the floating street chunks. Cover by Kirby, story artwork by Ditko. Stevenrams
Technically not a Silver Age book--but close enough. I just posted this book with four others from the package I just got back from CGC in the "Just Back From CGC" Forum.

I just posted this book with four others from the package I just got back from CGC in the "Just Back From CGC" Forum. Congratulations! What a fantastic result for you. I have also looked at your other books back from CGC. Must have been great to open up the box!

Stevenrams
I bought this book from Stephen Fishler (Metropolis) back in 1997. It's the Nova Scotia copy, but at the time of submission it I had either lost or misplaced the Mylar with the Nova Scotia designation. However, I've been entering my books in a database and lo and behold I found the mylar that the book originally came in. I called CGC and Gemma told me to just bring the mylar with the book and they'll reholder it and the book will receive the designation. I was just thinking how fantastic it would be to have the first 10 Lois Lane issues in 9.0 or higher. I think that would take like forever to amass that run.
