Yeah, it's one of the better one's.  I don't know why they chose to go with the silly covers like this one after that...

Hard-to-find Avon title, only went four issues in 1951. Cool Wally Wood art on inside front cover, as well as the mugshots down left front. This is actually a restoration project of mine ("before pic" is below...I posted details in my journal space, "Grottu's Restoration Grotto," for anyone with too much time on their hands who wants to take a look :popcorn:)
