Not me neither seems this one is on it's way with the P15 :o

I personally find the Planet 14 is harder to find than the 15.

Was for me at least.

Good luck to whichever board member wins it, I am out :)

...... my 2500 max bid on the 16 will be dust in the wind......

Unfortunately yes, it will be. :sorry:

That's a book that I would pay stupid money for..... unfortunately, I don't have enough money to be as stupid as I'd like to be...... GOD BLESS....

Well, my stupid meter goes off when it comes to a National 7.

Now, that's a cover that I absolutely love. Wonder if there's a SF copy of this particular issue. :cloud9:

This auction seems to have some really fresh looking books ......even the stuff in the Fine range. I don't have a good track record with the Signature Auctions..... I usually have to content myself with the Sunday fare..... but there are a few this time hm ....... I've got over 20 tracking bids this time on some decent material. GOD BLESS...

Of course, you know this means WAR! :sumo:

Yeah, that book is going to draw some board member interest. Myself included. :(

Punishment bids duly scheduled.

I'd return the favor on high grade DC Silver, but I don't want to accidentally own any of that junk.

DC Silver is so 2006.

I want that 16 SO bad...... it's one that I sincerely hope to see end up with a friend........ National 13 was my first exposure to Lou Fine and I've had a soft spot for that mini run ever since. Stupidly sold my 5.0 copy of 16 back in the 90's......... GOD BLESS....

-jimbo(a fiend of jesus) (thumbs u

Good money these days for kidneys, Jimbo...

I can't remember if I still have one ?....... I wonder what I could get for 6 used brain cells ? Thinking is kind of over-rated, anyway..... GOD BLESS....

-jimbo(a friend of jesus) (thumbs u

I wonder how many people are going to be chasing this one? I hope to bid on it but suspect is will be outside what I would be willing to pay :sorry:

5 K won't do the trick on this book......I'm not even sure a 10K absentee bid would secure it....... GOD BLESS....

OMG, the price on Captain Marvel Adventures 1/nn… wow!

Didn't expect that… did you?

Yes. Bc I was offered the book last year at 18 and passed doh!

Figured it will cost 25+ this time

One of the books I was planning to pursue but now looks like I will watch from the sideline

I'm a bonehead.

Let's not exaggerate!

you clearly don't know The Gator as well as I thought you did

Well, I actually meant that GAtor calling himself a bonehead would be like you claiming to be Einstein - or me claiming to be Mother Theresa!

hm

all three claims would be accurate

It will be interesting to see where it ends up. I just recently started collecting Fawcetts and have found them surprisingly affordable. This is clearly an exception.

I'm thankful that I started years ago. CM titles have started to rise across the board for a few years now.

Fawcett Raboy covers are just downright depressing now.

i got that run put together right in time!

The prices of mid-grade copies seem to still go around guide. Census top (or close) and pedigree copies seem to be the ones that have gone into orbit, imo.

a little raw master 32 looking pretty strong in tonight's auction.

Yeah, I'm keeping intact my record of never being right about what's happening in the comic market. :acclaim:

I'm the Bizzaro G.A.tor.

Maybe I should start an "Ask Sqeggs" thread so people can gain from doing the opposite of what I suggest. hm

Of course, there is a disturbing alternative..could it be that GAtor is so incredibly smart that he only appears dumb to hold us in his thrall?

In which case he is the secret master of these boards, and world domination is at hand.

:o
