I bought a similar copy for around $250. Just before Covid and thought at the time I was a little crazy. But it was the last one I needed for my run.

Prices on PCH are all over the place lately I'm thinking. It literally is a crapshoot on ebay regarding final hammer price.

Such an awesome cover, but a pretty crunchy book. This seller has an apparently endless supply of cool books, I've bought a few, but most seem to have been found after decades of sitting in a hot Nebraska hayloft or something.  Toasty.

Got this one on ebay. Forgot I bid on it and won...that never happens with books I really want! I didn't know anything about this book when I bought it, and come to find out it has a Nazi death camp story with human flaying. The rest of the contents were enjoyable, Also has a cool cover.

I found this at a LCS in Oct 2020 and my an offer, didn't get it. Then I was at a local show and saw the same book with the same price tag and grade from the original seller still on it. The current owner took half off before I asked to see it. While looking though it he drop the price more. We came to an agreement and I brought it home!
