Bagnoli supposedly did many of the last Futura stories according to some of the info I googled. It appears he did the feature in # 54. The only other issue from that time frame that I've owned was # 53, but it's gone now. I'd always been interested in the issues with Evans Lost World and Baker Mysta stories..... so this was icing on the cake. GOD BLESS...

Accordingly to Overstreet, yes. Lots of other good art but only Baker issues. Now the Jumbo run is another story. I've got about 3/4 of the Baker issues and that is quite a lot.

I'd like to upgrade those especially the 54. The technical grade is just fine with me but both suffer from that FH "color washout" a bit. The color strike is pretty important for me on FH books.

Nice Steve. Color is beautiful. I have a lessor grade copy but the color is real nice.

 

That might be my favorite Planet cover. Something about the look in the girl's eyes and how she is just looking right at the reader.

Thanks, it's the Eldon copy - I had a high grade that I moved to a Boardie and missed it enough that I hunted down a replacement (which I'm very happy with).
