Just bid as though the price with the premium is your top price and it becomes a non factor.

Heritage's site is fantastic as it does the math for you.

I just keep in mind that everyone is bidding with the same premium so at least it's a level playing field.

Did we ever get the back story on where this book came from?  I was hoping Heritage might include something in catalog write up, but they didn't.
