This confuses me. If all 4 books are graded correctly, thats 4x20=80 then 10 bonus for the 3 perfect is 90,so are there 3 extra points for 4 correct grades as its not noted on the scoring points list , you have 2 or 3 perfect listed not 4? Or do you get the bonus for 2(5) and 3(10)= (15 points) for getting 3 right? Which would be 20 + 20 +20 +15=75 and then a 4th book .2 off would be 93, but i didnt understand you get the bonus for 2 and 3 both. Please explain as i thought 90 was a perfect score, but is 95 perfect? Then why no 4 correct book bonus too?

Yes.

Book1 = 20
Book2 = 20
Book3 = 20
Book4 = 18
Bonus = 15

Yes,  a score of 95 is perfect.

We're using the same scoring system that set in place when we inherited the Tournament.  Except this year sckao allowed for a NG book.

My guess why there isn't a fourth correct book bonus would be that there is no need for the fourth bonus.   It wouldn't separate a contestant from a different contestant who had the same perfect score.
