Exposed 2 is a great book, I recently upgraded with a LCS find, but like most late 40s books it's not uncommon. I'm guessing there are few slabbed because there's not much resale value in doing so in less than 6.0 or so, and because the collectibility is all about the interior. 

Based on what's been shown in this thread, I wouldn't be surprised if the majority of GA books, when you account for all genres and include stuff from the early 50s, have less than 10 copies in the census.
