That’s a comic that came packaged with an action figure toy pack. There’s a market of buyers for those type of SW comics. I bought several boxes that year before the hyp for $1 to $3 for the entire sets at shows.I remember walking out of a local show with a short box full. I even got several 30 cent variants in a very even trade back then. I doubt all ever be able to do that again, but man it was fun.
