Wow can't wait to see it. Last 8.0 I found was in 2017 on HA for 167k. Surprised to see there are 4 - 8.0's and 3 higher out there.

Three of the four 8.0s reside in Houston, though I think this consignment may be one of those so we might soon be down to two.

Was listed before on Bob Storms' site and was sold, now went back again to Heritage. Been around the block. I believe it used to be owned by a fellow board member.
