I guess as he's the Iron Man protégé, the MCU Spidey will forever be changing suits.

It will be down to Maguire and Garfield to show up wearing the classics! (Maybe just Garfield as ASM2 was the closest I think we've seen on screen)

Pretty sure it's a fan poster. It says under the date it's by darkdesigns.pt. I've never seen Disney allow that on a poster.

I believe it's confirmed as fan made. I doubt Superior Spider-Man is going to be in this thing. The same artist also made this fan made Thor Love and Thunder poster.

I don't think so.  Miles was established (kinda) in the MCU with Aaron Davis in Homecoming.  If I was to bet...a female Spider-man is the fourth portal.  With all the push for gender/racial inclusion in movies that would be the way to go.
