Amen to that!

Not that it didn't do wonderful things for Marvel. I just don't need more of the same from DC properties.

Heck, it was nice at times having Fox doing something different with Days of Future Past, Logan and Deadpool outside of the MCU model.

Though I would love to see Wonder Woman open up a can of whoop :censored: on Captain Marvel.

So...45 million subs in its first year?

Be interesting to see the  numbers next month, post-Friends reunion.

Meanwhile, Netflix announced yesterday that Army of the Dead has been watched by 72 million households in just its first week...

Finally finished the ZSJL .

I thought it was far superior to the theatrical version.  Love his treatment of Flash in the beginning as well as in saving the world.

Broke it up into several sessions just like a monthly summer cross over event.

30 minutes of wrap up and teasers.  Hope that WB EITHER GOES FORWARD IN A Snyder verse or sells the Asset to someone n e who will

ZS gets asked about it in practically every interview he does these days, the demand is still high and he admits himself that he's always open to more. It's just funny that he also openly acknowledges the WB situation too and the fact they don't want him. Give it another couple of years and when things settle down we'll start to hear the rumours again

If the Discovery leadership team realizes the value proposition here, the smart move is to craft a dedicated DC Studio that is dedicated to these characters and creators. That's the main lesson learned from Disney and Marvel Studios that has proved extremely successful.

Just for good measure: F:censored: Warner Bros. How can you own the rights to some of the most iconic heroes in comic history and not only not understand them, but be specifically told and shown what they can do and still not understand what the :censored: is going on?

How freaking blind, deaf, and dumb must you be to work at the top for Warner Bros...?

Flash's time travel powers so great we're sitting here in 2021 still waiting for a Flash movie announced in 2016.

It's been so long that in the interim a Cloak and Dagger TV show was announced, cast, shot, ran two seasons and went off the air two years ago already.

WB doesn't know what the F they're doing. They wanted to copy the MCU's success, but a big part of the MCU's success is that they did not stop producing their plan. Oh, and WB doesn't have a plan...

Disney keeping the Marvel Studios structure post-acquisition so you didn't have non-comic book executives toying with properties they don't really understand (and allowing it to control its own destiny) may be something ignored by some.

WB executives are knuckleheads.

Meanwhile, a 2017 that finally came out in 2021 shows they had the keys to success. And even then they threw it away until forced to release content by AT&T and WarnerMedia. Nuts!
