The price for the Xmen 137 actually seems soft, considering one sold back in 2017 for $3.1K

You're right. I think some were predicting $300K and up. I posted that listing kind of as a reference point to contrast hammers on more modern unique slabs. I have found personally some good value with late GA/early SA mid grade slabs in 5.0 range that present really well and are decent in terms of cost basis.
