For real!!!!  Who would spend that amount of time watching YouTube when there is a 150 page thread on the topic on the CGC boards!  The need to keep it short in focused, like we are doing on this thread.

I was wondering the same thing. One of the sellers said he just happened to have another copy listed as a buy it now, which makes me think these auctions were just testing the waters to sucker someone into the other book. Just my thought.

 I watch fishing videos on YouTube and I get turned off if they're over 30 min....in this day and age it's not hard to edit your footage into a compelling offering. But setting up shop for 6 hours? To debate this? Will there be an intermission where these clowns eat Burger King and at least talk about Bennifer/JLOFleck 2022?

Pretty sure it's people driving up the price without the intent to pay.  They're just forcing the sellers to cancel the listing.

The paper added should match the size of the comic and the text on it should be done by the original artist, who also is well established in the industry.

Those are gorgeous. I always google names I find written on vintage comics, especially unusual ones. The guy appears to be 73 and still living in NYC. I wonder if he'd appreciate seeing these again.
