@CGC Mike Hi Mike. Would you be able to find out what happens if one of these grade out above 9.8? are they disposed of, since there is only 300 9.8 grades allowed?

I’m guessing if they prescreen a 9.9 or 10 they punch a few extra staples in the spine to knock it down a grade.

Wait, doesn't that raise the grade now?  Or is that only if acetate is also slapped on?  I don't understand the rules anymore.

Though it will never happen, due to conflict of interest, it would be great if the 1000 gold graded out as:

800 9.6 or less

190 9.8

10 9.9 or 10.0

I think acetate adds to the grade because it’s shiny. And if you add shiny acetate to a shiny foil cover, we’ll that’s going to make it like a 14.9 or 15.0.

I am confused by the site.
It references 8pm EST as the presale time on the infographic BUTTTT currently shows it starts in a little over 20 hours from now on their countdown banner.
Which would put it around 3pm EST...

Less than 2 minutes and sold out of the gold. Obviously they had not released all 300 to their website, had not limited it to 2 as they said they would, or were instantly hit with bot / auto order and the Influencers/flippers strike again.
