How is this even possible. Book was submitted and replaced entirely. CGC error 8 8

So can someone please share their similar experience to this…

I submitted my 7 books, knowing they would come back Green Labels. 

After a year from submitting, my X-Men 137, not only came back a Blue Label, which is already wrong, but came back with a fresh new comic book! Ren and Stimpy #1…

Now, can someone tell me how this happens?

Right now I’m trying to keep my composure and not assume my book is now gone.

@CGC Mike this is why we complain for having econ slow take a year.

Who knows? And we're expected to "hang in there" cat poster style. Not singling you out, I'm sure there is nothing we can do....

Someone is going to be angry that their Ren and Stimpy 1 was replaced by an X-men 137.  

I think CGC should be able to track your book by looking for the Ren and Stimpy 1 case that was sent out the same day. Let us know how and if this is resolved.

Obviously @CGC Mike is a little busy with a major hurricane at the moment, but I look forward to him chiming in here to confirm that this is passed to the QA team so that someone can get sent to a reeducation camp or outright terminated or something.

Mike, I know you can't and won't be commenting on internal processes, but after you tell the QA department to roll some heads, you should ALSO tell your bosses that there's a serious workflow problem somewhere in the operation, because there's zero reason why this should even be possible unless books are not being handled the way that we've all been assured they are.

Seriously, I love the service this company provides, but you've got to get your  together on stuff like this...

there are mistakes and then there are mistakes

if errors like this are happening on a consistent basis, your operation needs an overhaul

for the premiums we have been asked to pay in the past year (increase across all tiers) the quality has instead of improving gotten worse

the mistakes now include damage, lost or misplaced books

the simple answers aren't enough. There needs to be a change made. This is not acceptable.

continuing to operate despite all these errors is negligent on a company that prided itself on its reputation
