24 x 36 Frazetta Conan poster

Back in the late 70s, I had a poster of Thor I believe was painted by Joe Jusko hanging on my wall from a set that was advertised on the inner back covers of the comics on the stand at the time. I can’t find a pic of it anywhere and I’m too lazy to dig through any books to find it. What I do recall though is how the moisture that used to accumulate on the walls from condensation wrinkled it up and wouldn’t allow the tape to hold it up for too long. Ended up throwing it away when it got moldy not long after.

I love posters, particularly promo posters from the series I loved as a kid. I ran out of wall space a long time ago, but here are a few comic-related faves. (I also have a lot of signed movie posters, but don’t want to get too far off track.)

Like someone else said, it is difficult to get a good photo. I guess these first two are technically prints.

I've picked up the original Creepy #113 magazine(s) on this one - one a 9.6 Canadian Variant, and one a 9.2/9.4 raw:

These all hung in my bedroom as a teenager.  I had a couple other Frazetta ones that my nephew poached.

We cleared out the bulk of our poster and print collection a couple of years ago. I took pictures of everything in some fit of insanity.

Warning: It goes on and on and on, but lots of fun stuff. I wish I had a better camera at the time.
