I'm thrilled with my results, being that my usual place is dead last. Thanks to @skypinkblufor the tactics. You're right, your method worked like a charm. Now I just need to refine this secret soss.

I'll leave you guys with this one last bit of info from Matt Nelson.  "I am the one that picks out the books.  Choosing ones that show all the relevant defects on the cover so they show up in scans. I also try to choose cool books and a good mix of grades.  Also, our high value team grades them and I finalize them."
