The mistakes are getting worse all the time. No quality control whatsoever. Look what they did to the top left of my book  also they made incorrect grader notes

Can you be more specific about what happened to the top left of your book?

From the photos it appears they squeezed it into the inner tray.  One of my books, left by the postal people in my driveway, was run-over by a truck, had to be set free of the smashed case, I found to have an impacted corner due to it being forced into that inner tray.
