Greatest Comic Limited or Miniseries of All-Time

Im going away from the norms. All pick 3 here I dont see discussed much.

The Great Darkness Saga in Legion. - Not my favorite, but as far as legion stories go its gotta be number 1.

Squadron Supreme - in 12 issues Gruenwald shows us a world where what we think we need is not really it.
Its really a extremely well written viewpoint. His ashes are inside the 1st print Trade which I look for all the
time.

Old Man Logan - There is a moment in this book for any X-men fan that absolutely shocks you to the core.
I would rank it higher, but the ending was kinda blah.

Squadron Supreme was great. Old Man Logan and TGDS are/were from ongoings. But you get a free bonus try. 👍

Alan Moore’s League of Extraordinary Gentlemen 1st Series, which had so many inside British jokes, that I did not understand the first time I read it.

I missed them too.  Didn’t realise.

And I’m British.

That’s a great series. Always felt Gruenwald was a bit underrated as a writer.

Great choice. Did occur to me, but I’ve only ever read it in graphic novel format, rather than serialised in RAW magazine.

Nonetheless, a masterpiece.

I'm disappointed in myself for forgetting Xenozoic Tales (Schultz) and Tyrant (Bisette). GOD BLESS...

Yup. Xenozoic Tales. Disappointed myself.

As an EC science-fiction comic fan, I should’ve recalled that one.

A bit dense today.

Sorry. Get well soon.

Thanks. The boards have some very supportive individuals. I’ve always liked that about this place, and your concern is much appreciated.

Watchmen is in a class by itself, and plenty of other good ones have been named, so along with many of those, I'd go with:

Jimmy Corrigan and Rusty Brown by Chris Ware

From Hell by Moore/Campbell

Bratpack & Maximortal by Rick Veitch

The One by Rick Veitch

Hawkworld by Truman

Shadow by Chaykin

Demon by Matt Wagner

The 3 Vertigo Jonah Hex minis by Lansdale/Truman

Longshot by Nocenti/Adams

the 3 D*cks miniseries by Ennis/McCrea
