I totally agreed with this grade.  Vintage graders did a good job while Modern graders need to pay attention closer.

This looks rather sharp with the custom label! Nice book… I was eyeing 5.0 when I first looked at the pictures so the grade really surprised me

Wow. Good on ya! Looking at original scans, seeing that FBRC crease, I thought below 5.0.
