Enough documented fraud to ruin someone’s life in civil court for their damage done to CGC’s reputation. Id personally love to see it. 
 

Then there is a criminal trial, which is bound to happen.

I believe so. Still an ongoing investigation and I'm sure more books will be added to the current list periodically.

We don’t know that as they are likely holding back. Anything and everything would come out during Discovery. Technically CGC does not have to give anything away as they are sitting back saying this is our “work product and process” a d therefore we will provide the list as to act in good faith but thats it for now.

They certainly don’t want a class action suit by fans/customers for failing.

If I look up that cert # it shows it was graded on 12/29/2023

 

Isn't that a very early cert number to just be graded last Friday? Others that start with "00" go back to 2008/2009 grade dates.

New grading date but maintained original cert number?  I thought regrades got new certs….

Plus it shows "the individual" was still pumping books thru CGC as recent as last Friday....crazy.

You can clearly see the paper on both the front cover and back cover in the zangelor pics is crumpled and bent backwards whereas it's straight in the Heritage scans. 100% pressed and 100% looks better than the crumpled up pre-press book.
