A LOT OF PEOPLE MISTAKE THE BATMAN #1 IN THE FIRST PICTURE AS A DETECTIVE #40 BUT EVEN THOUGH IT MATCHES THE COVER OF TEC #40 THAT STORY WAS USED HERE IN BATMAN #1 INSTEAD BECAUSE THEY DECIDED AT THE LAST MINUTE NOT TO KILL OFF THE JOKER IN BATMAN #1 EVEN THOUGH IT LOOKED LIKE HE HAD DIED IN THE PREVIOUS STORY. I got most of these when they were worth nothing. I just liked the covers with all the pretty girls. Question. How many of you would go after the last 6 or 7 issues to complete? Get them all, conquer Everest, and then, having done so, think hard about experiencing the joy of selling them off to collectors who need them to meet their own collecting goals and raising money for my next project.
