Scrooge
If not Zip-Jet, how about Punch? Good idea. I was thinking Zip-Jet like Mr. B. but Punch is probably a better guess. It's not # 14 though, here's the Rocketman splash from # 14 -

BZ has posted an update in a while but if you'll look back in this thread you'll see a long list. Oops, my memory is going. I thought we had just done splash pages. We covered two-page splashes, some of which are in the centerfold. But we didn't necessarily include centerfold spreads unless they were part of a story. A Walt Kelly two pager was eliminated from the list since if was a single illustration rather than part of a story. So I guess there could be another list of centerfold spreads regardless of whether it's part of a story.
BB-Gun
Hey, if Scrooge can find some Christmas spirit then everyone should find some somewhere. The Lone Ranger found some Christmas Spirit. I don't think that mistletoe on his Stetson hat is for Tonto. bb

BB-Gun
Blind Owl, The center spread posted yesterday was from Boys' Ranch 3. It didn't fit on my scanner and had to be pieced back together in photoshop. Sorry if it was too large. I thought it was the smaller version. bb

BangZoom
Hey....how many centerfold spreads can we find and what was the first? The earliest doublepage centerfold, that's part of a story, that I can recall is from Bill Barnes # 7 (July 1942).
