Now that the new carpet has been installed in the basement, it's time to set up the Comic "Room"
Greetings! And welcome to my first in a series of Journal entries chronicling my adventure setting my basement up into a comic room.
I've got more room than I really know what to do with, and not nearly enough comics and stuff to fill it out. Luckily, I do have other nerdy things to help fill out the space.
I'd like to also take this opportunity to thank everyone that has participated in the "G
I've got a basic idea, but I'm open for suggestions.

I basically have a general idea of how I'm going to lay everything out. I'm still open for suggestions.
First and foremost: Before any books hit the walls or shelves, all the florescent lighting will be replaced by LEDs.
The main body of furniture will be of the BESTÅ; line from IKEA. I'll also be using RIBBA Picture Ledges (idea stolen from the "Got a Comic Room???..." thread).
First
