For X-Men keys, buying in Jan 2021 was still fine for the SA keys, and for 94+, the end of Feb.
or 1/3 or so of what you paid in February 2021 for a 94 if you bought it 2-3 years ago

CLink contacted me about it before I could get to them. They noticed a piece of something in the bottom of the bag the encapsulated book was in while processing it for mailing, and went back to look at the scan, and whatever it was, it made the scan, but fell off. They apologized and are sending a new scan, chalking it up to one of those things that usually they catch, which I agree with that statement, as if the case has issues, they always state that information, or just not accept the book for sale. Good people at Clink.
EDIT: Just got the new scan:

The seller would be the one collecting sales tax, and it is up to the seller to file a sales tax form and send in payment. I'm not sure I wan to do that as a casual seller.
Also, no PGX allowed. Good thing.
I see a couple of references about getting suspended as a seller if you don't follow through with the sale. Like the new move "I can't find the comic anymore, so I can't sell it to you anymore, sorry" because you as the seller think it should have been more.
So some boardies on here won’t be selling on that platform then, that’s for certain.

I completely agree with You. Every X-Men key issue has literally doubled in price since the middle of April!
I mean this constructively, but honestly, shouldn’t have you secured this stuff 2-3 years ago? The stuff I am buying now is an easy buy, because I’m not competing with anyone for it, which leaves more money to compete for stuff that is always on a want list. For example: Kraven stuff. You should already have the Zeck series secured, those are 4-figure books in a year.

That's awesome 🤩!
I own (not 9.8) #1 but always been captivated by the steranko covers early in this series, but so captivated that I'm only now realizing that says origin issue 😂
I really should pay more attention
Congrats!
Thank you. I was looking for 1 and 4, and the 1 went for 4300 or so, but there are 50+ 9.8s I think of 1, so I just shot the longest arrow in my quiver at the 4. Couldnt be more pleased. Thank you again for the comment!

Byrne and, arguably, Miller were THE artists of the copper age, so maybe they really started it back in 77 or 79...
Seriously? Lee, Mcfarlane, Lefield, Silvestri, Portacio, Jae Lee. That’s about half of the true copper age guys that define the era. Pump the brakes on that Byrne and Miller stuff.

Right and Winnipeg.. ...Bronze is included in pedigrees, no reason why it shouldn't be.
Along with Savannah, MSW 8 has a Savannah pedigree copy, and that’s a Copper book.

No silly rabbit. I understand a book going up in price. It's the velocity that I'm pointing out...$6.9K to $8.0K in less than a few weeks. If it was from $6.9K to $7.0K I would just pay "X" and not haggle with "Y".
***Trix are for kids
So because (insert variables here), the price of the book is going up, but you should be able to pay the price for the book you could have paid last week? Or a price for the book you could have paid last month?
Good plan, get that payment ready to send over to someone.

Honest question...isn't that fair? Just a few weeks ago it sold for $6900. Then you have to account for the fees on top of that. All in all that sounds about right at a specific point in time in the past month. Nobody knew that it would suddenly spike up to $8K.
***No, I'm not the person who made that offer
Of all of the "I dont want to pay X I want to pay Y" arguments, this is the most bizarre.

Yes, probably even more happy that he made it out just in time since the last sale on CL saw a further drop back down to the $47K price point.
If you had a 9.6 or a 9.8, then you wouldn't be so obsessed with your micro-analysis of the market price points for it over a such a short timeframe.
But you and I both know that ship has sailed, hasn't it?

This is a first app key that I felt has been so undervalued this year. No spec sites talking about it
That because its not a book named UF4 or whatever that Keanu Reeves comic book is called.
This book is just simply not for sale anywhere, and hasnt been for a long time.
