  1. Yes very interesting , heavily weighted in moderns (am aware that all polls are mostly top heavy in recent events) I will stick with my mostly Atlas 1950's war comics which none made the list.
  2. My goal is to pick up some of the early "Sugar and Spike" issues 1-20, i have about half of them, i'll probably wait years to be able to get #1 though...
  3. great pre Marvel collection ! bummer that you were unable to get TTA #13 (groot) before the price went sky so high !
  4. Man those SSWS are sweet !! ... must resist, can't delve into another whole DC war run... must resist....
  5. Glad i picked one up ( and the entire run) a few years ago.......
  6. Battle #38 , well done night time cover, great cover inking/shading
  7. Agree, the first appearance of the "guy named Joe" issue #38 was lousy, but the next issue #39 was the greatest ASM issue of them all !!!!!
  8. Nice, graded, Baker cover collection so far !
  9. Me too am jealous !! I have a small start to the run but all low grade, Silvers collection deserves a CGC award one of these days!!!!!
  10. Scrooge McChuck is going to fill an Olympic sized swimming pool with all his drek and go swimming in it every day !!
  11. His prices make some of the overpriced comic for sale on Craigslist seem like steals
  12. 5 million of his comics have net worth of about 1/10th of one cent
  13. When I was in 4th grade in 1970, one of my friends older bother painted his whole bedroom BLACK! and had one of these posters among others.........
  14. Kind of ironic that it was the horrible cover and interior art on comics like NM98 helped drive a generation away from collecting comics back then, most have never come back.
  15. ASM #361 I think will take the VG for $663 they ought to rename their business "Stratosphere high comics" !!!
  16. ASM#1 is so expensive, comic link has many for sale right now including as the cheapest a CGC coverless NG for $1200.
  17. Beanie Babies even today would be a better investment than buying Milehigh back issues
  18. The greatest DC short set ! get them graded and registered !!
