  2. When CGC makes all of these careless mistakes, it really doesn't cost them much. At least not so much that they stop happening. I bet if all these careless mistakes cost CGC big bucks, things would change over there. I'm wondering if the guy who submitted that Punch 12 was upcharged?

  6. If you have some people who equate 'meaningless' to be solely about money, and others who don't, there's obviously going to be differences. IMO, if your stance is based on 'financially meaningless', say that.

  8. Band-aids. CGC made a very bad decision, and we're given band-aids.
  9. If you decide to have them regraded, crack them yourself and DO NOT send in any certification number. Don't give them any info as to what they graded them before.
  10. I'm pretty sure I read somewhere on these boards where FedEx drivers have some kind of quota they have to meet for the day. I wonder if writing 'we tried' still counts towards that quota? Although, personally, I haven't had many problems with FedEx, I'd much rather have a choice ... and given the choice, I wouldn't use them. CGC, by forcing FedEx to be used, is 100% telling it's customers to bite the big one. And who here believes their BS about the reason for switching exclusively to FedEx is for the safety of it's customers shipments?
  11. This is exactly what happens to me. As you say, I get rid of that annoying popup, sign in, and go to the chat forums. Then, after awhile, I close out (not logout) to go play in the real world. I come back and BINGO ... I have to do it all over again. Desktop, Windows 10, and Firefox.
  12. Don't they get paid to figure this stuff out? Maybe find someone who can? It's pretty hard to believe that people who's job is to figure this kind of tech stuff out, hasn't been able to so for years.

  15. I've had to login multiple times this week (twice just this morning). I'm not exactly a computer guru, so it could very well be me. My question is - If it's not me, can CGC's IT guys not figure out what's wrong? It's been a very long time. Am I the only one still experiencing this problem?
  16. I've bought exactly one thing off FB ...a Stratego game. I got home and started setting it up in anticipation of showing my son how much of an expert I was ... it was missing pieces. Haven't bought anything since.
  17. The tracking says it was delivered or the facilitator says it was delivered? Any chance to make an insurance claim? A valuable book... not to be taken lightly by CGC.
